I work with the people responsible for forums: officers, moderators, facilitators, and the organizations behind them. What makes a forum great happens in the room. Members bring what really matters, the moderator can take the group deeper, and a mature forum still surprises itself. That’s the work.
Where I help most:
- Retreats and facilitation. A day or a weekend focused on what the forum needs.
- Moderator development. The hard moments: uneven participation, polite-but-shallow meetings, conflict, a member leaving.
- AI in forum practice. Where AI belongs in forum, and how to protect confidentiality.
- Executive coaching. One-on-one, often on the same questions leaders bring to forum.
