When to run it: walk the tenets through together at one of your first meetings, practice the norms live for a few months, and run this round around month three or four — a group that has settled answers more honestly than one still being polite. Before you send, tell the forum the invitations are coming: a heads-up at the meeting beats any reminder we can send.

Each tenet is included as written — members see exactly this text. Untick anything that doesn’t fit your forum. The two foundational tenets stay: a constitution without confidentiality or a way to amend itself isn’t one.

One address per line — every member except you. Each gets their own invitation with their own link; nothing for you to forward. Reminders go on their own at three days, six days, and the day before the deadline, at most three per member, and stop the moment someone submits.
What members see before submitting: a hesitation is printed in the document with no name attached; a “can’t live with it” must carry a reason and comes to you with their name — unless they choose not to be named, in which case the reason still reaches you and the tenet is resolved with the whole group instead of one-on-one.
Your confirmation email has the links for nudging and for compiling early. The finished constitution arrives on its own at your target, or the morning after your final date — whichever comes first.
