Psychological Safety
Open a round, share one link. Answers are anonymous, and the report only appears once enough of them are in.
Amy Edmondson’s seven-item measure, adapted for forums. It asks whether people can take a risk in front of each other — admit a mistake, raise a hard problem, disagree — without it being held against them. The report shows the spread rather than an average, because a forum where half feel safe and half do not is the interesting case, and an average hides it.
This one works differently from the Forum Health and Saboteur assessments. There are no per-member invitations and no reminders: you open a round and share a single link, and members answer from there. Nobody needs an account and no address is collected.
Check how many answers are in, and pull the report once the round has reached its target. You will never see who answered, or who answered what.
Members answer at the assessment page. If you would rather see what they see first, open it and read the seven items.
