Psychological Safety

This is Amy Edmondson’s seven-item Team Psychological Safety measure, the most widely used instrument for whether a group feels safe enough to take interpersonal risks — to say the hard thing, admit the mistake, ask for help. It takes two minutes. Responses are anonymous; the forum sees the group pattern, never individual answers.
