The pulse gives a forum a reading on every meeting while everyone is still in the room: two minutes on members’ phones, a consolidated report in your inbox the moment you tap Generate report — and from the second meeting on, it tracks your forum over time. Here is a sample report.

Create the survey above. You get a link and a QR code, and they don’t expire — the same ones work at every meeting.
Text the link, or open it and tap Show QR — phones point at your screen and everyone’s in. On a virtual forum, share your screen and members scan their monitors. Answering takes about two minutes, one question at a time, and members are anonymous unless they choose to sign their name.
Once everyone has submitted, tap Generate report at the bottom of the survey page. The report is in your inbox seconds later — so the forum can talk about it while still in the room. From the second meeting on, it also tracks your forum over time.
