The Meeting Pulse

Pick the questions. Text one link to your members at the end of the meeting. Read the room while you’re still in it.

A pulse survey takes members about two minutes on their phones while the meeting is still fresh. When everyone has submitted, tap Generate report on the survey page — your consolidated report arrives instantly. The same link works every meeting.

The survey link and the report go here.

Fewer is fine — three questions at meeting’s end beat ten that don’t get answered.

Your survey is ready. This is the link your members take:

That didn’t go through. Your choices are still on the form — wait a moment and try again. If it keeps failing, email info@forumsupport.org and we’ll set it up by hand.

What to expect

Before the meeting

Create the survey above. You get a link and a QR code, and they don’t expire — the same ones work at every meeting.

The last two minutes

Text the link, or open it and tap Show QR — phones point at your screen and everyone’s in. On a virtual forum, share your screen and members scan their monitors. Answering takes about two minutes, one question at a time, and members are anonymous unless they choose to sign their name.

Before anyone leaves

Once everyone has submitted, tap Generate report at the bottom of the survey page. The report is in your inbox seconds later — so the forum can talk about it while still in the room. From the second meeting on, it also tracks your forum over time.
