Set up your forum’s survey

Enter your members’ addresses once. The invitations, the reminders, and the report all handle themselves.

The Saboteur Assessment gives a forum shared language for the inner patterns everyone brings into the room — naming one out loud is what makes it discussable. The report shows where the forum’s experiences differ most, which is where the best conversations start. Forums run it about once a year. Here is a sample report.

Set up your forum’s survey below — add your members’ addresses, and each member gets their own invitation. Scores are anonymous, as always: you’ll see how many have responded, never who — and never who scored what.

One address per line. Each member gets their own invitation with their own link — nothing for you to forward. You don’t need to add yourself: you’re included automatically, so you get your own invitation like any other member, alongside the moderator emails — status notes and the report. Whoever hasn’t reported scores is reminded three days in, six days in, and the day before the final date; never more than three times.

Is everyone in your forum included, and is every address correct? Double-check before this goes out — remove anyone with the ×, or go back to edit. Nothing sends until you press the button.

Your own invitation is in your inbox too — take the assessment from that link, like any other member. Your scores count toward the total.
